I'm new to AutoShip how do I get going?

Hit AutoShip on the product you want, enter how often you want the item delivered door and then ADD TO CART. You can choose to continue shopping or go to the checkout if you are finished.

How do I see what's in my order and change my delivery dates?

Go to My AutoShipments in the My Account section, here you can then see what AutoShipments you have scheduled.

If you will not be around on the date of the delivery or don't need the product for another week, you can change the scheduled date of your order, its that easy.

How do I add more items to my order?

Not everything is available to AutoShip, however for products which are, simply purchase the item with AutoShip and we will combine all your orders landing on the same day together.

If you are browsing the site and see something else that you would like, simply place a separate order and we will process that order for you on the next working day.

How do I cancel my order?

You may decide a product is no longer what you're after. You can cancel your order in My AutoShipments by clicking 'Remove'.

What payment methods do you accept for AutoShip items?

We accept credit card / debit card payments for orders containing AutoShip items. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Unfortunately Afterpay and internet banking payment options are not available for orders containing AutoShip items.

When will my credit card be charged?

We will email you a reminder for your order 3 days before it's scheduled, your credit card will be charged the day it's processed.

How will I know when my order has been sent?

You will receive a reminder email 3 days before we ship out your repeat order; this is your chance to make any changes you might have. 3 days later your order will be processed and a confirmation email of your order will be sent to you, you can expect your order the next working day!

What happens if my credit card is declined?

If there is a problem with your payment, you will be sent a notification email. We will then attempt to process the order again the following day.

What happens if an AutoShipment lands on a weekend or holiday?

Your order will be processed on the next working day.

What if I need my order earlier?

If you have run out of something sooner than expected, jump online and go to My AutoShipments. Go ahead and change the delivery date to whatever suits you.

Can I cancel my order if I don’t want it anymore?

Absolutely. AutoShip is super-flexible and you aren't locked into anything. You can pause or change delivery dates, add or remove products. You call the shots – make AutoShip work for you.

Can I use Promo codes or will I receive the deals you have running in AutoShip?

AutoShip is designed to ensure that you get great prices everyday. As an AutoShip customer we will ensure that buying regularly from us will mean you will get the best pricing for your products overall. So promo codes are unable to work on AutoShip orders.

What if an item in my AutoShip goes out of stock from the supplier?

If for some reason our suppliers go out of stock of a particular line, we will let you know and offer some alternatives before your next order is due.

Autoship Terms & Conditions

AutoShip discount only applies to the items eligible for AutoShip. The AutoShip discount is not available for all products on Pet.co.nz or in conjunction with any other offer including, but not limited to, price matches.

The AutoShip discount amount is a percentage of the retail price of the product selected as indicated on the specific product page. The price you commit to on your AutoShip may change in line with product price changes or promotional offers on the day your AutoShip order is processed.

You will receive an AutoShip reminder email 3 days before your AutoShip is set to process (unless opted out of email communications). The specified price on your reminder email may differ on the day of processing depending on the above terms, which is including, but not limited to product price increases and/or promotional offers on the day of processing.

All items added to your AutoShip will be charged at the advertised price at the time your AutoShip is processed. One-off items may be added to your AutoShip order, but may not qualify for AutoShip discounting.

Customers must be registered with an online account on Pet.co.nz in order to place and manage an AutoShip Delivery.

AutoShip orders are processed via credit card transactions through our payment provider. Afterpay, Laybuy, vouchers and credit are not available on AutoShip orders.

No changes can be made to an AutoShip that has already been dispatched. Alterations and/or cancellations must be processed a minimum of 3 days prior to next scheduled dispatch. Alterations and/or cancellations made with less than 3 days notice will be applied as of the following dispatch.

AutoShip orders will be dispatched from our DC on the shipment date as specified in My AutoShipments and then handed to Courier Post for delivery. Delivery may take 1-5 days to reach your destination.

It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain current and up-to-date payment details for active AutoShips via the My AutoShipments in the My Account section on Pet.co.nz. In the event we are unable to process payment on your AutoShipment, a Pet.co.nz Customer Service team member will advise of the payment error.
