Who can I call to get assistance?

Our aim is to please and help you in any way we can to look after your pet. If at any time you need assistance please don't hesitate to contact us.

What if my favourite product is out of stock?

We aim to have 99.9% of our products in stock at our warehouse. This helps us get the orders to you super quickly! Some items we may not have in stock will be larger items that we ship directly from the manufacturer, like large dog runs for example. We will let you know this at the time of your order.

How do I cancel or change my order after I have submitted it?

We can cancel or change your order up to the time that the order has been sent and you have received the order shipped email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club and American Express.

How can I check up on the status of my order?

After you have placed your order on pet.co.nz we will send you an email confirmation. Please check your spam folders on your email as sometimes our order confirmations end up here.

You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account and then going to Order History.

If anything happens to your order we will let you know.

When will the order be charged to my credit card?

We will charge you as soon as you have confirmed your order by clicking the "Pay with Card" button on the checkout process.
