Your complete satisfaction is our most important priority. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 30 days of the order date and issue a full refund of the product cost.
We will pay for the return shipping of any product that we have sent in error.
If you have purchased something and wish to return it due to wrong sizing or color etc, then it is up to you to organise shipping and pay for the shipping costs associated with sending it back to us.
All we ask is that the product is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box.
We cannot refund open bags of food or treats of any kind.

Sometimes your pet just doesn't like the new food you have purchased for them. Maybe it causes them to have an upset tummy, or they simply turn their nose up to it.
Some food manufacturers provide a 100% money back guarantee for these situations. We will happily refund you the price of the food, but it is up to you to organise shipping and pay for the shipping costs associated with sending back the unused portion of the food. We need this to allow us to get the credit for the food from the manufacturer.

How to Make a Return

Once the parcel has been received at our warehouse, we will process the return and confirm by email when the funds have been placed back on your credit card used for the order.
Packing Your Return
The box that the items were originally shipped in can be reused. If you are unsure then please don’t hesitate to contact us.
