Product Information

Pooch and Mutt Calm & Relax Treats Information

Pooch & Mutt - Calm & Relaxed Dog Treats are natural, ethical, low-calorie, gluten-free, hand-baked mini-bones for anxious and excitable dogs. They include lamb, chamomile and l-tryptophan. Chamomile was traditionally used in ancient Greece, Egypt and beyond to aid relaxation. L-tryptophan is essential to form serotonin, the ‘feel good’ neurotransmitter. Give these treats to your dog before stressful situations such as visits to the vets, car journeys, fireworks, competitions, separation or just as a nice bedtime treat.

Suitable for all dogs greater than 12 weeks of age.

Ingredients:

Rice, Rye, Oats, Lamb, Oils & Fats, Yeast Extract, Chamomile, L-tryptophan, Valerian Root, Rosemary Extract.

Analytical Constituents:

Crude Protein 13.7%, Crude Oils & Fats 15%, Crude Fibres 1.75%, Crude Ash 4%.

Feeding Guidelines

  • Feed as a treat, as required.
  • Do not over feed.
  • Deduct the amount of calories fed in treats from your dog's regular feed.
  • Feed 2-10 per day depending on dog's size.

We recommend that your pet consumes treats under supervision.

Small treat, and must be tasty as my dogs line up for them when they see the container come out. Seem to have a calming affect and I like the idea that they're reasonably natural.

Had these for about a month now. Both my maltese/shitzhu are refusing to eat these. Have tried to hand it to them, sneak into their food, trick them. They wont even go near it... will just stick to my lavender essential oil for now

No, I wouldn't recommend this product to a friend

Comments

Our dog has an endless supply of energy which can be tiring at the end of the day - even after a walk. 2-3 of these and he calms right down (he's 12kg btw). I'd be careful not to give too many at once or per day though because it obviously affects him, but they're certainly handy to have around.

Bottom Line

Yes, I'd recommend this product to a friend
