As per the description, the ball is around the size of a soccer ball and easy for our medium-large dogs to pick up. The orange exterior is fabric so can get dirty but isn't that easy to clean. The blue exterior is all foam and was punctured within the first few minutes. We've used it for about 30 minutes in total and it has rips and punctures all over it which is unfortunate because it isn't the cheapest toy. The dogs enjoy playing with it, however it is solely a throw-and-return kind of ball. We have to remove it as soon as we stop throwing as it wouldn't withstand chewing of any sort. Would recommend to those with soft-mouthed, non-chewing dogs!

Great alternative for those dogs that love chasing large balls but that quickly ruin them from puncturing when picking up. Definitely needs to be monitored play, we can see our dog would eventually ruin it if left alone with it

Our ball lover is a combination chewer/herder. She's punctured her giant tennis ball and doesn't like the Boomer (it's too hard) so I thought I would try this with her. Within about 30 seconds she'd put her teeth through one of the seams and was on her way to unraveling the remaining ones. I'm going to stick with the giant tennis ball, it was more than a third less and lasted 100 times longer. This would be good for dogs who aren't chewers.

No, I wouldn't recommend this product to a friend

I have read the reviews and while I agree with them and state that this is definitely a throw and fetch ball (NOT a chew toy) I want to make these points—— —— I have 2 large dogs that each have to play/ chase one ball each —— one of the dogs is very destuctive with balls - loving to remove the valves in the balls by hiding when she gets tired and not returning with the ball —— yes they are more expensive than previous balls I have purchased but —— they are puncture resistant in that once the ball is punctured it does not deflate as it is ?rubbery foam filled and thus withstands many many puctures —— Prior to these balls I was having to deflate balls to try and save the dogs from puncturing the inner bladder or buying balls that were really too hard and the dogs did not enjoy chasing them as when they bounced against them they could hurt them —— they do get dirty easily however after every game I clean both the balls by scrubbing with a nail brush - only takes a few seconds - and they come up looking practically as good as new —— I have spent far less money on these 2 expensive balls than I did on prior balls and by taking them from the dogs once their fetch game is over, these balls have lasted for months —— they are soft when they hit the dogs compared to many balls available and thus do not hurt them or make them retisent to play with them ——— NB I would NEVER leave these balls alone with the dogs as if they chewed on them I think the rubbery foam could be a choking hazard ———— With all this said - I would and will definitely buy these balls again as they are the BEST balls I have found for my dogs for monitored play ————

Didn’t cope with being fetched and punctured easily. Stitching came apart within the first month of product.
