New Zealand Post is currently seeing on average a 3 working day delay in Auckland, while the rest of New Zealand continues to receive mail as normal.

COVID-19 update Friday 1st October

New Zealand Post is continuing to see a staggering number of parcels being sent – particularly in Auckland. Due to COVID-19 restrictions and increases in parcel volumes, we have delivery delays of up to 5 working days in and out of Auckland and 1 working day across the rest of NZ.

Please track your parcel online and only call if your parcel being sent into or out of Auckland has been delayed for more than 10 working days. For items sent across the rest of the country please wait 5 working days before calling.

New Zealand Post will continue to provide contactless delivery and physical distancing nationwide. To help manage the volume of items through the delivery network, please ensure you do not send items to businesses that are closed.

We will continue to keep you informed and provide updates on delivery delays. Otherwise, stay up to date with the latest information from New Zealand Post by visiting their COVID-19 webpage.

COVID-19 update Tuesday 31st August

With parts of New Zealand moving to Level 3 this week and more businesses now being able to trade, New Zealand Post has advised they expecting an increase in order volumes nationwide. We are seeing on average a 2-5 day delay on orders as we support pet-parents around the country, due to the nationwide delivery delays communicated by New Zealand Post. You will receive an automated email once your order is shipped and will be able to track the delivery online.

COVID-19 update Wednesday 25th August

As a result of the large order volumes and additional safety procedures at Alert Level 4 we are experiencing delivery delays. Please allow an additional 1-2 working days for delivery of your item at this time.

COVID-19 update Monday 23rd August

With the closure of 'non-essential' businesses and many people working from home, it's important that your order is not sent to a closed business address. Please take a minute to log in to your account and review the delivery address of your AutoShip.

COVID-19 update Friday 20th August

NZ Post is currently experiencing delivery delays.

As you may have heard, a team member at NZ Post’s Auckland Operations Centre (AOC) has tested positive for COVID-19. The AOC was deep-cleaned overnight, in line with Ministry of Health guidance and they are working closely with NZ Post to implement additional precautionary measures to protect their staff and the community.

Due to the additional safety procedures being implemented by NZ Post, we have been advised some orders may experience a delay of up to 5 working days. The team at NZ Post is working hard to get through the backlog and get your orders to you as soon as possible, however, to make sure your pet doesn't go hungry, we recommend you take these delays into account when placing your order.

New Zealand Post will continue to provide contactless delivery and physical distancing nationwide. To help manage the volume of items through the delivery network, please ensure you do not send items to businesses that are closed.
